Random title, nuff said.

She's supposed to be an MGS fan character, as Revolver Ocelot's daughter (hence the Colt Single Action Army handgun and red gloves), but meh, I'll leave her neutral here.

As you can see her right arm and leg look like puppet limbs, that's coz she lost them to an explosion that also took the life of her mother. Her father went missing after that incident.

But after her wounds were healed, she got herself a robotic arm and leg to replace the real ones she lost.

When not fighting, she wears that green cape.

And yeah, her right eye is turqoise/green.

Art wise; I was experimenting with clothing textures by shading the clothes with pencil first, then adding the base colour in Photoshop. This technique was inspired by Range Murata.

I got lazy with the cape. Plus...urr....the gun is actually a photo; cut, paste and edited.

Design wise; I was thinking of simplicity, coz she's not really a soldier to begin, so I gave a simple black top, khaki hot pants, and obviously below knee high black boots. The cape idea came later. At first the gloves were black, then after rewatching MGS2 cutscenes, I changed it to red to match Ocelot's gloves.
